What this platform is
AalRisk™ is an AI-assisted credit monitoring platform. It reads documents you make available to it, performs calculations on the figures in those documents, and produces analysis for your internal review. It is a tool used by credit professionals. It does not replace them.

Projections and scenarios
Outputs may include projections, stress cases and scenario analysis. These are modeled estimates derived from reported data, not reported figures, and are labeled as such where produced. They depend on assumptions that may not hold. Actual outcomes will differ.
Illustrative data
Certain data sets within the platform are illustrative samples created for demonstration purposes. They involve fictional borrowers, facilities and figures, and are not attributable to any real institution, borrower or transaction. Illustrative content is labeled where it appears.
No guarantee of accuracy or completeness
AalRisk LLC does not warrant that outputs are accurate, complete, current or fit for any particular purpose. AI systems can make errors, including errors stated confidently. Verify every figure against primary source documents before relying on it.
AI & Data Processing
How documents are accessed
- AalRisk™ reads documents from a Microsoft SharePoint library you designate, using Microsoft Graph.
- Access is read-only and scoped to the specific site you authorize. The platform cannot write to, alter or delete your documents.
- Access is authenticated using credentials held by AalRisk LLC's registered application. Revoking that application's permission in your Microsoft 365 tenant terminates access immediately.
What the platform cannot do
AalRisk™ has no live connection to external data sources. It does not search the web, monitor news, read SEC EDGAR filings, check court records, or access market data feeds. Such capabilities are on the product roadmap and are not live. Where an output states that external confirmation is required, that confirmation is a manual step for you to perform. Any output implying otherwise is an error — please report it.
Human review is required
The platform is designed to surface issues for professional judgment, not to exercise it. Outputs are drafts and prompts for inquiry. Decisions — to classify, to lend, to enforce, to sell — remain yours.
Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
By accessing AalRisk™ or any of its modules, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access the platform. If you are accessing on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.
2. Authorized access only
Access is restricted and granted by AalRisk LLC to specific, authorized persons. Access credentials are personal to you and must not be shared, published, or transferred. You are responsible for all activity conducted under credentials issued to you. Notify us immediately at info@aalrisk.com if you believe a credential has been compromised.
3. Permitted use
You may use the platform for internal credit monitoring, analysis and evaluation purposes within your organization. You may not:
- resell, sublicense, or make the platform available to any third party;
- use outputs as a substitute for professional judgment, advice, appraisal or regulatory determination;
- reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the platform's underlying prompts, models or logic;
- attempt to circumvent access controls, or probe, scan or test the security of the platform;
- submit content you are not permitted to disclose to a third-party AI provider (see AI & Data Processing);
- use the platform in violation of applicable law or any obligation you owe to a third party.
4. Your content
You retain all rights in the documents and data you make available to the platform. You grant AalRisk LLC a limited right to access and process that content solely to provide the service to you. You represent that you have the right to make that content available for that purpose.
5. No warranty
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. AalRisk LLC does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will be accurate or complete.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AalRisk LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of the platform or reliance on any output — whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, and whether or not AalRisk LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
7. Availability and changes
AalRisk LLC may modify, suspend or discontinue the platform, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice. We may update these Terms; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
8. Termination
AalRisk LLC may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause. Sections 4 through 6 and the Trademark Notice survive termination.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The courts located in Delaware shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the platform.

Scope
This policy explains what AalRisk LLC does with information when you use aalrisk.com and the AalRisk™ platform.
What we process

Third-party processing — please read
We also rely on: Microsoft (to read your SharePoint library) and Cloudflare (hosting and delivery).
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information.
- We do not use your document content to advertise to you.
- We do not write to, alter or delete your documents — access is read-only.
Retention
We do not maintain our own copy of your document library; documents are read from your SharePoint at the time of a request. Where we retain operational records, we keep them only as long as needed for the purpose described or as required by law.
Security
We use access controls, transport encryption, read-only and site-scoped permissions to your SharePoint, and server-side restriction of the AI model and permitted origins. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of personal information about you. Contact info@aalrisk.com. You may terminate the platform's access to your documents at any time by revoking the AalRisk application's permission in your Microsoft 365 tenant.
Changes
We may update this policy. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
