AalRisk Monitor™

Your credit portfolio, watched by a team of AI agents

AalRisk Monitor reads every document in a credit file — agreements, compliance certificates, financials, trustee and servicer reports — and runs a team of specialist agents across it. Covenant math, capital-structure risk, coverage tests, concentration, early-warning signals. The goal is simple: do the gathering and the arithmetic, so your time goes to judgment, not to assembling the file.

The portfolio is organized into three books

Each book is a different kind of credit, with its own documents and its own specialist agents. Pick a book to open its dashboard.

Private Credit
Corporate direct-lending positions — unitranche, first-lien, second-lien and fund-level notes. The lens is the borrower and our position in the capital stack.
What you’ll see: a SaaS unitranche facing a priming event, a second-lien behind a large first-lien, an add-back-inflated leverage certificate, and a healthy contracted-revenue infrastructure loan.
How it’s read: eight agents — Core, Credit, Sentinel, Leverage, Sector, Intel, Peers, Guard — covering covenant headroom, PIK, priming and LME moves, and the maturity wall.
Documents: client credit files, read from your own SharePoint.
Anonymized portfolio — reconstructed documents.
Bank Credit
Bank commercial and structured positions — C&I loans, commercial real estate, and structured credit including CLO, ABS, project finance, reinsurance and fund notes. The lens is regulatory capital and structural protection.
What you’ll see: an office mortgage near its DSCR covenant, a CLO mezzanine deteriorating before breach, a consumer ABS whose triggers have tripped, a solar project with a tightening DSCR, and a Bermuda reinsurer after a catastrophe year.
How it’s read: nine agents — the shared team plus an Examiner, who reads the file the way an OCC or FDIC reviewer would, and a CRE specialist. Exam preparation, classified assets, LTV and DSCR, concentration.
Documents: client credit files, read from your own SharePoint.
Illustrative portfolio — to demonstrate the platform capability.
Listed High Yield
Traded high yield bonds. The same credit is priced every day by people who have read the same indenture — so this book has something the other two cannot: an independent second opinion to reconcile against.
What you’ll see: one issuer with many tranches at many prices, a completed liability management exercise replayed against the filings that preceded it, a serial restructurer, and a contested subsidiary separation.
How it’s read: the same eight agents, with Sentinel leading. The analysis is the gap between what the documents support and what the bond says — and which of the two is wrong.
Documents: public filings and indentures from EDGAR. No client material, so this book can be shown to anyone.
Public filings — no client material.

Agent:
AalRisk Scribe™

Produce a document

1 · Credit
2 · Document
3 · Firm template optional
Upload your firm's .docx template.
Scribe reads the headings and fills your structure instead of ours.
4 · Anything specific? optional
Whatever you put here shapes the whole document — it is read before anything else, not appended as a footnote. Say what you want the review to focus on, argue, or answer.
📄
Nothing produced yet.

Pick a credit and a document type. Scribe reads the file from SharePoint, does the arithmetic, and returns a draft you edit — not a blank page.

Every figure it writes is derived from a document it read, and listed with its inputs so you can check the arithmetic without opening the file.

Portfolio documents & agent prompts

How the agent reads a file. Every document below is a PDF in the AalRisk™ SharePoint library. Alongside each sits a text extract of the relevant terms and figures — the covenant levels, the rent roll totals, the EBITDA, the dates. The agent reads the extract, not the PDF. That keeps token usage down and responses fast. Both live in SharePoint and are fetched live at the moment you ask — nothing is cached or pre-computed. Click any prompt to run it — or open Chat with agent and ask your own question in the context of that agent’s role. The prompts below are a starting point, not a menu.
